After your test, the clinical assistant will go through what kind of frames you could get from us. If you select glasses from us, they are normally delivered and fitted by our dedicated aftercare team within two weeks. We will provide a copy of your prescription on request.

Booking a Home Visits appointment is easy. Just phone one of our dedicated advisors. First, we’ll need to assess your eligibility with a few questions. Then, we’ll talk you through the process of an appointment, book you in for the morning or the afternoon and take some quick details. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

An optometrist and a clinical assistant will visit your house within the time period you’ve agreed with our advisors. The optometrist will conduct a thorough examination, checking your vision and inspecting for eye disease. He will explain your prescription, write a report for you and send a letter to your GP if necessary. Any referrals after your assessment are automatic.
